2. Subject

This agreement covers the rights and obligations related to the sale and delivery of the products specified below, including their characteristics and sales prices, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the zermadimoda.com website.

3. Product Information

The name, brand/model, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product(s) are as specified by the BUYER in the order form and constitute an integral part of this agreement.

4. Delivery

The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form within the legal period of 30 days. Unless otherwise specified, the shipping cost shall be borne by the BUYER.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The notice of withdrawal must be made in writing via email or through the system.

The product to be returned must be sent in its original packaging, unused and complete.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

7. In Case of Dispute

In any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
